Deposit / Retainer Policy
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time.
This payment secures your spot on my calendar and is applied toward your total session balance.
Sessions may be rescheduled one time with at least 1 weeks notice, based on availability. If the client cancels the session entirely, the retainer will not be refunded.
The remaining balance must be paid in full one week before the session date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the session and forfeiture of the retainer.
In the event of severe weather, illness, or emergency, sessions may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion.
